IMPORTANT SUMMER CAMP POLICIES
Families must select the days that their child will attend camp upon registration. Instructions on how to select days of care may be found here. Preference will be given to families registering for every day of camp, followed by families selecting four days/week, then three days/week, and so on.
Families are locked into the summer camp days selected at the time of registration. No days may be removed from a student’s schedule once they are added. Any days removed from a student’s calendar will be readded and invoiced according to the payment schedule. Trading days is not an option.
To add days to your student’s schedule, please email Jeanna Peppler and Clayton Peppler for approval. Students are not to attend camp on an unscheduled day unless prior approval is received.
No refunds are given for absences due to illness or vacation.
