In our previous session, Kevin Pugh, Dean of School Culture, presented an overview of bullying behavior and research-based best-practices in bullying-prevention and response. Attendees came away with a better understanding of our guiding principles, approach, practices, and even strategies to use outside of school.  This session will be more skills-based as Mr. Pugh presents “Verbal Judo,” the art of redirecting and de-escalating negative behavior in another using your words as a force option, and to maintain emotional and physical safety  Questions?
