About Sra. Biddy
I grew up in Oklahoma where I studied to be a Spanish teacher at the University of Oklahoma. After I earned my degree, I taught high school Spanish at a College Prep Charter school for 7 years. In 2018 my family moved to Colorado. I taught middle school Spanish for 5 years at a public school within the St Vrain school district and this is my 2nd year teaching at Flagstaff. I am very passionate about teaching Spanish. I grew up in a Spanish speaking home but my parents did not force us to speak Spanish so I was not fluent until I became an adult and realized I was losing a part of my heritage. That was when I chose to put in the work to learn my language.
I have two beautiful children, Nickolas and Jewel, and a wonderful husband of 21 years. I love camping and adventuring with my family. I am also an avid gardener and love the animals especially horses!
