Do not register under "STAFF" or "CCAP" unless you are a current member of the Flagstaff Academy staff or are receiving support from the state Child Care Assistance Program.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES: When dropping off, parents are asked to park in the west parking lot, text (720) 442-6023 with their child's name, then walk their student to the cafeteria doors. When picking up, parents are asked to park in the west parking lot, text (720) 442-6023 with their child's name, and be prepared to show a photo ID. In your EZChildTrack Parent Portal please go to "My Account" and download pictures for each person in the account. Next, go to "Change Pin" and assign a pin to all persons authorized to pick your student up. Dragon Flight staff will sign each student out to their parent. Staff registrations are reserved for current Flagstaff employees only.
Families who wish to register for Dragon Flight under the state's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) must first be approved through the state's application process.
Dragon Flight care is licensed for children ages 5 to 15 by the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS); License number 1558480. Children must be five years old by Oct. 1 of the calendar year to attend Dragon Flight.
